I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

How long does it take to get the content?
Our average turnaround time is 2 to 3 working days. Please note that sometimes it can take slightly longer because we want to make sure to always assign the best-suited writer from our team.
How can I check the status of my order?

Please log in to our customer portal to check the status of your orders.

I want to submit extra information for the writer. How can I do this?

If you’d like to provide the writer with additional details, please send an email to team@ecomcontent.com.

How can I get a receipt?
A receipt will be attached to the confirmation email. You can also log in to your account to download your receipt.
I need some changes to the completed content. How to proceed?

Our number one priority is your satisfaction. We are happy to work on any revisions. If you need any changes to the content, please contact us at team@ecomcontent.com.

How do I publish the content to my website?

You can simply copy and paste the content to your website. Do you want to use the content in a CMS like Shopify or WordPress? Use this tool to easily get the right formatting.
